"Today my daughter and I were discussing how we should go to get our lunch. We wanted something that was really healthy but delicious and basically low carb. I suggested that we try going to Shake-A-Salad. The eatery was only a few minutes away from where we were shopping. We are so happy that we decided to eat there because the atmosphere was amazing and the menu was great with a variety of different options. We each chose the Broken Wedge Salad and we shared a tasty Taco Salad. I also had Salmon with an Asian Sauce. The food was delicious and the fresh vegetables and dressing made the salads even more satisfying. I highly recommend Shake-A-Salad to anyone who wants healthy deliciousness in a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere at a reasonable price."

"A nice clean establishment where you can grab healthy choices such as salads, wraps, etc. I went for a lunch date and got the Ceasar salad with grilled chicken, and it was delicious! Their Ceasar dressing isn't as fishy as some others can be. I will definitely be back to try other options."

"New Port Richey has been in need of a healthy food spot like this! Friendly & accommodating owners/staff!! Starting with a review of the menu— the menu has many options from salads and wraps to rice bowls. There are pre-selected options to choose from and also the option to customize a build-your-own meal. If you select one of their offered menu items you can swap out dressing choices or even add/subtract addition toppings. Atmosphere- CLEAN!! And refreshing. There are about 5-6 tables inside and a couple spots outside as well. During busy times, you may have to wait for a spot to open up. They've only been a couple of days and when I went, every table was full except one! So I am happy they have a good turn out from the community. I tried both a salad and wrap and both were great and decent portions. The southern BBQ salad pairs perfectly with the creamy cilantro dressing!! We will be back!"

"First time going in. Great vibes. Great customer service. We got the Insalata Italiano and the taco salad. Soooo good!!! Definitely shake a salad container. Such a great variety of food, not only salads. Very clean setting. Will definitely return. Have two salad sizes. The dressing was very tasty."
